Village court

 

01) In the union in which the crime is committed or the cause of the case arises, if the parties to the dispute are usually residents of that union, the village court of that union shall be constituted and the village court shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate similar cases.

 

02) In the union where the crime will be committed or the cause of the case will arise, if one party to the dispute is a resident of that union and the other party is a resident of another union, the village court of the union in which the crime will be committed or the cause of the case will arise If you want to be your own union
