(1) Name of service: Implementation of agricultural incentives / rehabilitation activities:
Steps: (How to get)
Step 1: Provision of allocation at district level with policy and resolution from Ministry / National level.
Step 2: Provision of sub-allocation in the upazila with resolution by the District Agriculture Rehabilitation Committee.
Step 3: Provision of sub-allocation at the union level by the Upazila Agriculture Rehabilitation Committee.
Step 4: Selection of suitable farmers by the Union Agriculture Committee and preparation, approval and sending of priority list of farmers to the upazila.
Step 5: Received priority list verified and approved by Upazila Agriculture Rehabilitation Committee.
Step 6: Procurement of allotted materials (fertilizers, seeds) and distribution at Union level.
Step 7: Distribution and storage of materials through master roll with agricultural card and photograph to the concerned farmer by the Union Agriculture Committee.
(2) Service Name: Pesticide License Issuance / Renewal:
Steps:
Step 1: An adult with suitable educational qualifications (male) will apply to the Upazila Agriculture Office in the prescribed form (including trade license, treasury invoice).
Step 2: Verification of applicant's shop, area demand and other qualifications by SAPPPO and EO (PP) / UAO and giving recommendation / cancellation and sending to district.
Step 3: Additional Deputy Director (PP) in the district will issue the application after verification, selection and re-investigation if necessary and issue the license or renew it and send it to the upazila.
Step 4: The applicant will collect the license from the upazila and hang the photocopy in the visible place of the shop.
(3) Name of service: Establishment of project based exhibition:
Step 1: Allocation of Exhibition / Training in the Upazila by the Office of the Deputy Director.
Step 2: Presentation of allocation received at the SAAO meeting by the Upazila Agriculture Officer, detailed discussion on land suitable for setting up exhibition and selection of suitable farmers based on category.
Step 3: SAAO negotiates with the farmer group and prepares the priority list of the farmer and submits it to the Upazila Agriculture Office.
Step 4: Verification of land and farmer opinion selected by UAO / AEO and approval / rejection.
Step 5: Provide technology based training and distribution of materials to selected farmers.
Step 6: Set up exhibitions in the presence of farmers, SAAOs and UAOs / AEOs and provide guidance on implementation of subsequent activities.
Step 7: Regular inspection / monitoring of exhibition plots by farmers, SAAO and AEO, sending of shore cutting, field day, its impact and results report.
